The app was working fine for months until it glitched and I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app. Every time I tried to connect to my printer it failed and it still doesn't let me connect on my phone, and I had to try on my tablet. For everyone with similar problems looking for a temporary fix: download the app on a different device and it should connect and allow you to print again as long as you don't change wifi or uninstall the app. Please address these bugs and fix them 😭💔

I have the MT53 printer, and both the app and printer work great. The app is very easy to use. Just connect to your device through bluetooth after turning the printer on, then pair through the app. The app lets you add borders, stickers, text, and edit through filters, saturation, cropping, etc. The photos are also quite good, especially for a small printer. The photo paper is both a sticker and a regular picture if you don't take off the sticker backing. It isn't flimsy or cheap feeling.

was very nice until some functions in edit stopped working because of it being out of frame now. Edit: Endless emails back and forth and not listened to. Could go so far as say being gaslighted. No help, not listened to at all. Would give 0 stars if I could after this experience. Just awful communications. Too bad I already bought the printer and I have to use this app to be able to print from it.
